Virginia Water (Runnymede Local Plan)

Challenging a number of proposed housing allocations on behalf of Working the Virginia Water Residents’ Association. We reviewed the information produced by the sites’ promoters and commissioned our own evidence on key issues including highways and landscape impact to support our Hearing Statements. We instructed leading counsel and supported them at the Local Plan Examination.
