Shrimplin Planning & Development (SP&D) is an independent consultancy founded in 2012 which provides expert advice on all aspects of Town Planning.

The planning process is complex, covers a wide range of issues and involves a large number of stakeholders. It is fraught with risk and the timescales are uncertain. Local planning authorities and statutory consultees are often understaffed and overworked and it can seem that they are set up to frustrate development rather than facilitate it.
