Longsdon Way, Caterham (Tandridge Local Plan)

The housing target in the emerging Local Plan was quadruple the target in the adopted Local Plan and almost double what has been delivered over the last ten years. The first step was to submit the site to the Tandridge Housing and Economic Land Availability Assessment (HELAA) Review accompanied by a detailed assessment of the site’s benefits and an indicative site layout. SP&D also produced a high level comparison of the site against others that had been identified to demonstrate how well it performed against the other options.
