The Outcome
This site sat on the edge of a village in the Green Belt but SP&D recognised its potential. It was successfully promoted through the Guildford Local Plan, starting from the call for sites all the way to appearing at the Local Plan Examination, culminating with it being identified as a residential site allocation. Planning permission was subsequently secured for a scheme of 26 units and 2 retail/commercial units.
