The Outcome

An initial appraisal to inform a viability exercise for a UK based investor in purpose built student accommodation. Drawing on the planning history, the Local Plan and area specific development briefs, as well as our own experience of other projects in Cambridge, SP&D were able, within a quick timeframe, to produce an initial appraisal that helped guide the architect’s feasibility assessment and provide the investor with the confidence to make their decision.
